At Exotic Sneakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help!

Returns
You have 3 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns are only accepted for defective items or if the size is incorrect, and the desired size is unavailable.

Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Return
Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the return process. The return address will be provided once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days using your preferred payment method (Whish, OMT, or others).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on Hot Sale items or Gift Cards.
